i've never met anyone like you; you amaze me in so many ways (and yet you are short. shorter.)

i think i know you but really, you beat me hands down. for the past twenty months or so i've offered you glimpses of my past life in blue and you assimilate, and you know, you see things about me that even i don't. no prizes for guessing what i'm feeling anymore, whether it's rage or barely concealed ill-will , because you do it so well i'll probably be handing out florida's my whole life. i guess it's true that the best friends you have know you better than you do yourselves. people like you make the crazy ride all the more bearable. i'm not letting you get away :)
