anecdote 1:
(during bio tutorial)

mr ngan: oh ah, there's supposed to be a test today right? right....? (amidst mumbles and groans of noooooooooriiiiiight?

mr ngan: shush, don't lie! let me ask kaixiong

*kaixiong looks astonished

mr ngan: *snorts in disbelief, possibly at the bunch of liars before him hahahaha* let me find someone i can trust.... (scans row of faces) ..nobody in this class

brilliant right, and it even rhymes -.-


anecdote 2:
(in chemistry lecture)
ada: (turns to friend on left) eh don't you think it feels like it's raining outside the LT?
ee (said friend): yah hor

after a moment's silence,
ada: eh, don't you think it's because the LT seems slightly darker than usual?
ee: yah hor, it does!

the two of us proceed to stone in amazement and wonder why the lights are acting peculiar..

until we look up and see this:

i'm sorry everyone, life's been really hectic. for you, for me; i'm sure it's been the same in junior colleges accross the island.

you know sometimes things come to a point when you know that saying anything will not, in any way, change the way things are right now. and logically, since you cannot make things any better, you shut up. but this doesn't mean you stop caring in any way, and this is what i want you to know. i miss you too and we should really go skating soon, dolphin juice and barney clouds. i really hope everything's okay, if only for your happiness more than anything else

mao is mao. u know MAO. m-a-o. can spell right? so easy. okay, lets learn the slightly harder version. mao is also maopie. MAO-PIE, pronunced as mao-pi. ^^ ok, lets learn how to spell this, m-a-o-p-i-e. ok, very cool.

mao is farty dady. drinks dolphin juice n like guo tiao mien gan frm orange bowl. mao also loves softball n is currently down with the sniffies. mao is suppose to train with me, but is down with sniffies, so she shall watch me. how sweet. mao loves sweet stuff, maybe thts why mao is so sweet. mao loves choco, esp rum n raisin, cos mao's mao loves it too. mao loves coffee too, the very sweet kind. mao likes to squish purple ducky's butt, n has a hippo with a torn crotch. oh yes, mao loves orange n mao loves mao. most importantly, mao very hairy.

strange and beautiful

today was a good day, spent in my favourite place and with my favourite people

had fun talking to the teachers who really looked happy, albeit tired and a little whiny hahah

had great fun eating eating and er, eating- gluttony is clearly my middle name

in between stuffing my face with cheesedogs or marshmallows, daph and i went to SLUG IT OUT in gladiator. HAHAHA and damn i lost, although jieying v kindly (and confidently) wagered that i'd win. dang it, daph, i say it was the wind

the week ahead is packed and oh, where is my HOLIDAYYYYYYY. i hope i can finish all that i need to do, and meet up with friends at the same time. i haven't seen egg in ages, life has been school softball sleep shitwork (the 4s', laughs). i miss my friends. i want to go skating! mao!
